Product Description:
The ZW20-12(F) Outdoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker is a versatile and intelligent device that combines the functions of a vacuum breaker, vacuum load switch, recloser, and sectionalizer. It is designed for use in 10kV and 13kV distribution networks, specifically in city and rural power grids.
The main components of the ZW20-12(F) circuit breaker include a vacuum breaker, CH-40 controller, and an external voltage transformer. The vacuum breaker is responsible for interrupting and making electrical circuits, while the CH-40 controller provides intelligent protection and control functions. The external voltage transformer helps in accurate voltage measurement for control and monitoring purposes.
The GW9-10 high voltage disconnect switch is an electrical switch that is designed to isolate a section of an electrical network or system from the rest of the system for maintenance or repair purposes. It is typically used in high voltage power transmission and distribution systems.
The switch is designed to open and close under normal or abnormal conditions, such as a fault or overcurrent. When the switch is open, it physically disconnects the section of the system from the rest of the network, preventing the flow of electricity to that section.

Characteristics of the controller:
1.It can be equipped with a 485/232 communication interface, or achieve long-distance monitoring through fiber optics or wireless communication. After reclosing, it has an acceleration function: when the switch recloses due to a permanent fault.
2.When a permanent fault occurs, it automatically accelerates to trip.
3.Remote control/manual reclosing with acceleration to trip, and reclosing interlock: After the user repairs the line and restores power, if they forget to remove the grounding knife switch, it should accelerate to trip.
4.The delay time for reclosing can be adjusted for all three attempts.
5.The trip/reclosing circuit is designed to prevent false operation and has anti-reclosing functionality.
6.Zero-sequence current can differentiate between faults inside and outside the zone.
7.The remote control trip/reclosing adopts a design to prevent false operation.
Application:

3.Boundary Switch: In branch lines of the power supply, the ZW20-12(F) circuit breaker can function as a boundary switch or "watchdog." It helps in monitoring and protecting the branch line against faults and abnormal conditions.
